By consigning your scooter or motorcycle to ATL Scooters & Motorcycles for sale, it is understood

• That ATL Scooters & Motorcycles agrees to display item(s) in a prominent place in the establishment or on the lot.
• That ATL Scooters & Motorcycles will make every attempt to obtain the best possible price (rated by kbb.com $ High Price and will accept no less than $ Low Price as purchase price.)
• That for their efforts ATL Scooters & Motorcycles is entitled to retain 25% of the purchase price. Unless otherwise noted.

Top pay to the consignor:	= $ High commission
Minimum agreed amount of pay:	= $ Low Commission

• That should a sale be effectuated, ATL Scooters & Motorcycles shall forward a check for the amount of the full purchase price less the aforementioned 25% to Consignor within 10 days of the receipt of same.
• The consignor must have clear possession of title and must submit title and paperwork to claim payment.
• The consignor will allow ATL Scooters & Motorcycles to maintain a duplicate / photocopy of title.
• The consignor represents that they maintain insurance for theft and damage, or agree by this to waive responsibility to consignee that the consigned merchandise will be covered by said insurance while it is in the possession of ATL Scooters & Motorcycles.
• The consignor agrees to leave the merchandise with ATL Scooters & Motorcycles for a minimum period of 30 days not to exceed 60 days.
• In the event should the merchandise remain unsold at the end of the consignment period an election may be made by the Consignor to reclaim the vehicle, at which time the consignor is to settle any costs incurred by the delivery / transport, repair or maintenance of the consigned vehicle including, labor, parts, fluids or chemicals.
• In the event the consigned vehicle is not reclaimed by the consignor within 30 days following the expiration of this agreement the consignee will consider this as abandonment. At such time ATL Scooters & Motorcycles may dispose of the item/s by any means it see fit. Determination is solely at the discretion ATL Scooters & Motorcycles. No claim may be made after this by the consignor.
