Returns Information
General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by ATL Scooters & Motorcycles within 14 days of delivery for a refund less a 25% restock fee or $25 whichever is greater. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We do not pay the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Be sure to visit our Product Specific Policies page for more information on returns for the various product lines (such as apparel, parts, accessories, etc.).

Items that are Not Returnable
ATL Scooters & Motorcycles does not accept returns of the following items:
- Hazardous items that are gas-powered or contain flammable liquids, or batteries.
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
- Items drop-shipped from our vendors.
- Items missing original packaging or parts.

Restocking Fees
Restocking fess are assessed as follows:
- A minimum of $25 per item returned or 25% of purchase price, whichever is greater.
- Shipping is not refunded unless error was made by ATL Scooters & Motorcycles.
- Restocking fee will also applied to items purchased online and returned directly to either of our stores.

Orders Returned After 30 Days
Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, we will be happy to accommodate you. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, restocking fees will apply.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.

Items Drop-Shipped from Our Vendors
As the ATL Scooters & Motorcycles web sites offer items for sale both by ATL Scooters & Motorcycles and by our vendors, it is important in the returns process to know from whom the item was purchased.

If the item to be returned was not sold by ATL Scooters & Motorcycles, you will need to contact the seller directly.

In-Store Returns
Items purchased from ATLscooterscom & ATLmotorcycles.com can be returned to either of our physical stores located in Atlanta, Georgia. All online return policies are applicable to this method of return, as well. Items purchased from ATL Scooters & Motorcycles vendors are subject to the individual merchant's return policy.

Returning Items You Didn't Order
If you received an extra item in a shipment, or items were delivered to you that you didn't order, please let us know. If you live in the U.S. we'll mail you a postage-paid return mailing label for their return.
At your earliest convenience, e-mail us and let us know:
- the item(s) you incorrectly received
- your name
- your mailing address
- the routing information from the address label on the outside of the package
To find the routing information, look for a long string of letters and numbers separated by slashes that looks like this:
(examples of routing number here)
What we need is the combination of letters and numbers that appears just before the first slash (for example, in this case, it would be "insert example here").

Tracking Your Package
If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package by clicking the "Track packages" link in your Shipping Confirmation email. The shipping method and carrier for your package will also be listed in this e-mail. If you need to contact the carrier, you'll find contact information below.
Note: To speed delivery, shippers may not location-scan all of their shipments. When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination, or even when the package is delivered. If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment, and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned.
Some shipments may not trackable.
